Our Sales Policy
Unless otherwise noted all of the alternative energy products sold on our web site are brand new and include full factory warranties varying from 90 days to a period of 25 years. Please ask us for the respective warranty information. Individual Electronic Components i.e. Integrated Circuits, Resistors, Capacitors, Diodes, LEDs, etc. used for the purpose of education, experimentation or repair, by their very nature are not ordinarily warranteed by vendors, but Advance Power will extend a 30 days warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty shall not apply to any such item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions or subjecting said type of components to improper polarity, voltage ranges beyond specification, electrostatic discharge, excess thermal stress or any such deviation beyond manufacturer specified design limitations. This warranty does not cover any abuse, misuse or modification of Products. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective product under warranty. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of a Product. We do not warrant that any product that you acquire will meet your individual requirements. ADVANCE DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
