API Wind Turbine Features and Incentives:- High Efficiency at Low Wind Speeds.

- Current California Emerging Renewables Program Rebate of $2.50 per watt for the

- Rural Small Businesses and Farms may be eligible for a USDA guaranteed loan for up to 75% of a wind system's installed cost and a cash grant for up to 25% of the cost.
The total cannot exceed 75% and the business must comply with Small Business Administration size and location standards. Farms must derive at least 50% of their income from agriculture.

A 4' Blade sweeps about 50sf or 5m2. So in area 3 it would have a Wind Power capability of 750 Watts
(5m2 x 150W/m2 = 750Watts) at 11.5 mph.
